Prior to this appointment, Marcus Latchford held positions at Endsleigh Insurance, where he spent the first seven years of his career, Zurich Insurance as head of propositions for its UK GI business, and most recently, director of insurance business at RAC.
In his new role, he will lead the sales and distribution team at Allianz Partners, reporting to Tim Tozer, Allianz Partners UK and Ireland chief executive. As CSO, Latchford will inherit a range of leading propositions and strategic relationships with partners across the corporate, automotive, and travel sectors, and play a significant role in diversifying and profitably growing the business in its core markets.

Latchford replaces Lee Taylor who is now Benelux and the Nordics chief executive, effective of 1st January 2023.
