Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has successfully acquired Hartley Cylke Pacific Insurance Services, Inc., a renowned retail insurance broker based in San Diego, California. The acquisition marks a significant development in Gallagher’s expansion strategy.
Hartley Cylke Pacific Insurance specialises in providing insurance solutions tailored for the transportation sector, serving clients across California and Arizona. The company’s dedication to delivering top-tier services has earned it a strong reputation in the industry.
As part of the acquisition, Michael Hartley, President of Hartley Cylke Pacific Insurance, along with key team members John Cylke (Vice President) and James Hawes (Agent/Broker), will continue to operate from their current location. They will work under the guidance of Scott Firestone, who heads Gallagher’s Southwest region retail property/casualty brokerage operations.
