The Blink Parametric Flight Disruption solution simplifies the process for customers by requiring them to register their flight details through a dedicated BCAA portal prior to their journey. Subsequently, Blink Parametric monitors the flight in real-time. If a delay of two hours or more occurs in the flight schedule, BCAA customers receive automatic notifications. They are then presented with instant choices aligned with their policy terms to mitigate the stress and repercussions of the delay. BCAA’s assistance options include the selection of airport lounge access or a real-time cash payment.
Simultaneously, the Lost and Delayed Airline Luggage solution provides real-time support to customers whose checked luggage is untraceable upon airport arrival. BCAA customers can easily register their lost luggage through the BCAA portal, with payments delivered based on agreed-upon levels of delay or in the unfortunate event of luggage loss. The outcome, in both instances, is an enhanced customer experience during moments of inconvenience and frustration for the traveler.
