As the leader of the new AI Transformation organization within Cover Whale, Acosta’s mission is to maximize the potential of AI models and advanced algorithms, enabling automation, decision-making, and innovation throughout the company. Having previously served as Head of Data Analytics, Acosta brings a wealth of experience to his new role and is dedicated to driving the rapid adoption of AI and machine learning across all aspects of Cover Whale’s operations. The goal is to provide customized solutions for the company’s partner insurance agents and policyholders while accelerating overall business functions.
