The platform enables insurance carriers to streamline both the collection and disbursement of funds using a variety of digital payment methods.
The Duck Creek Payments Facilitator offers real-time capabilities, including FedNow, alongside traditional payment services and Banking as a Service (BaaS) features. Insurers can now leverage the platform to manage payments via push-to-card, digital wallets, or other preferred payment methods, depending on the market they serve.
The launch follows the earlier introduction of the Duck Creek Payments Orchestrator, which seamlessly integrates with existing carrier systems to reduce integration costs and time. Together, these solutions provide carriers with a robust, global payment ecosystem designed to meet the evolving needs of the insurance industry.
“In today’s fast-evolving insurance landscape, carriers require more than just transactional solutions. They need a secure, agile, and future-proof approach to global payment processing,” said Jess Keeney, Chief Product and Technology Officer at Duck Creek Technologies.
