Generali Appoints Cécile Paillard as New Group Chief Transformation Officer
Generali has announced the appointment of Cécile Paillard as Group Chief Transformation Officer, effective September 2, 2024.

Reporting directly to General Manager Marco Sesana, Paillard will be tasked with accelerating the Group’s transformation, focusing on digitalization and innovation in customer experience and distribution networks, which are key to the Lifetime Partner model. Additionally, she will join the Group Management Committee.

Paillard brings over 25 years of experience in financial services and notable expertise in strategic planning and innovation. She has held leadership roles at international insurance companies, most recently serving as CEO for the Mediterranean, Middle East, and Africa at Coface Group, and previously held positions of increasing responsibility at AXA.
