IAT Insurance Group, the Specialty P&C Insurance carrier, has selected CLARA Analytics’ product Claims DocIntel Pro as its newest AI platform to support its auto and general liability claims process.

ClaimsDocIntel Pro will be applied to help streamline processes, reduce costs, and to eliminate errors across the IAT Insurance Group claims operations.

Claims DocIntel Pro helps adjusters operate more efficiently and effectively and by rapidly identifying a multitude of potential issues through a combination of generative AI models with CLARA’s own proprietary AI tools. The product generates summaries and produces risk analyses. The product is able to deliver detailed insights based on millions of data points and carrier’s own historical data.
