Insurity Announces Partnership with Gain Life
Insurity, a leading provider of cloud-based software and analytics for insurance carriers, brokers, and MGAs, has announced a strategic partnership with Gain Life, a company specialising in enhancing the claims process through behavioural economics and AI.

Through this partnership, Insurity becomes the first major claims system to offer automated 24/7 guidance and support to claimants and policyholders, utilising Gain Life’s innovative claims communication platform.

The collaboration aims to tackle key challenges insurers face, such as the high administrative burden of claims processing and the limited availability of claims professionals to provide client support. The partnership allows insurance companies to streamline claims management by delivering critical documents and insights more efficiently, reducing the workload for claims professionals and enabling them to focus more on client interactions.

Insurers stand to benefit from significant cost savings and improved customer satisfaction. Gain Life’s platform has already achieved average savings of 25% on medical-only claims and more than $18,000 per complex lost-time claim. It also saves over four hours per claims professional per week, offering a more efficient claims process with high claimant engagement.

Sean Eldridge, Co-founder and CEO of Gain Life, said: “We are excited to partner with Insurity and join their partner marketplace. This partnership enables Insurity’s customers to leverage Gain Life’s platform, which uses behavioural economics and AI to guide individuals through the claims process, identify potential delays, and suggest interventions for a more efficient outcome.”

Chris Lafond, Chief Executive Officer at Insurity, added: “By partnering with Gain Life, we’re able to offer an unmatched claims experience by integrating advanced AI and behavioural insights into our platform.
