Inszone Insurance Services announced that it has acquired T Blackwell Insurance Group, as it Continues its Recent Spree of Deals

T Blackwell Insurance Group was founded in 2012 by Tracey Blackwell and specialises in personal lines insurance, offering services from home and auto to life insurance. Blackwell places the importance of knowledge at the core of her insurance philosophy.

Blackwell is also actively involved in community service. She supports John’s Kids, a nonprofit founded by her father that champions Title 1 schools and participates in fundraising for MS and Alzheimer’s.

Chris Walters, CEO of Inszone Insurance Services, commented on the latest acquisition: “We are thrilled to welcome T Blackwell Insurance Group into the Inszone family, Tracey’s steadfast commitment to her clients, combined with her passion for education and community involvement, aligns perfectly with our values.”

Walters added “This acquisition marks a significant step in our journey to provide personalised insurance solutions and unparalleled support to our clients.”

The acquisition marks Inszone’s third deal in May. The brokerage announced it had acquired Washington-based Tri-Cities Insurance Professional,  earlier this month. Just a few days earlier, Inszone acquired Canyon Pacific Insurance Services, an independent agency based in Palm Springs, California as part of the company’s strategic expansion in the state.
