Launched online in late April 2024, LUZ ON PRIME provides Hospital da Luz customers with a range of exclusive benefits through an annual subscription that grants access to 24/7 clinical services and dedicated support throughout the year.
The LUZ ON PRIME subscription is designed to enhance the customer experience at the Hospital da Luz Network, offering personalized services when needed. Subscribers receive a comprehensive package that includes:
- A LUZ 360º Customer Manager,
- Assignment of a Family Doctor with the option for in-person or video consultations,
- Basic clinical tests, including an electrocardiogram,
- Home healthcare services,
- Support in urgent situations, including priority video consultations and transport to Urgent Care following triage via the LUZ 24 clinical support line.
LUZ ON PRIME is presented as a modern, digital health service solution aimed at helping customers proactively manage their health and access personalized care. It can be subscribed to directly via the MY LUZ app, at hospital and clinic receptions, or through the call center.
In a bid to extend these benefits to new customers, Luz Saúde has also introduced the LUZ ON PRIME program for business clients, offering companies and their employees personalized health monitoring and exclusive access to the Hospital da Luz Network’s healthcare team. The program, launched under the motto “Value the health of your company with LUZ ON PRIME,” aims to bring health benefits to corporate clients, enhancing employee well-being.
Luz Saúde collaborated with Habit in developing LUZ ON PRIME. Habit, recognized as a leading international insurtech, has previously worked with Luz Saúde to create the Health Evaluator, a digital tool that helps individuals better understand their health status. The ongoing partnership between Luz Saúde and Habit reflects a shared commitment to innovation, with Habit’s expertise in creating subscription and insurance solutions playing a key role in the development of new digital products and services for Luz Saúde.
