The acquisition will allow Marsh McLennan Agency to boost its offerings in the region, and to use the expertise of the team at Perkins Insurance to serve the West Texas Community’s insurance needs well.
Under terms of the deal all staff, including CEO Markins will continue to work from their offices in Abilene and Eastland, Texas.
Further, the acquisition aligns with Marsh’s strategic goal of providing high-quality client service with local expertise. Through the move, local business and community leaders will have access to increased resources.
