Marsh Welcomes Andy Stirk as US Chief Growth Officer
In a recent announcement, Marsh revealed that Andy Stirk is set to join the company in the capacity of US Chief Growth Officer, commencing his role on January 16.

Stationed in New York, Stirk will be directly reporting to Michelle Sartain, the President of Marsh US. Bringing with him two decades of experience in the insurance industry, Stirk is entrusted with the responsibility of delivering unique value propositions to clients across the United States.

His return to Marsh marks a significant move, having previously served in a key role at Ascot Group as Chief Commercial Officer, overseeing distribution, marketing, and sales strategy for Ascot’s North American businesses.

Before his tenure at Ascot, Stirk held the position of Managing Director and US-Canada Growth Leader for Marsh’s Financial and Professional Liability Practice. The appointment of Stirk underscores Marsh’s strategic focus on driving growth and delivering exceptional services to its clients in the competitive US market.

Commenting on the move, Sartain said: “Andy’s strategic focus, deep industry knowledge, and client-centric approach make him the ideal candidate to lead Marsh’s client acquisition and retention strategies in the US. I look forward to working with him to advance Marsh’s growth objectives and to ensure that our clients benefit from innovative risk solutions, unparalleled service excellence, and a seamless experience.”

Stirk also said: “Marsh stands at the forefront of the industry, offering unparalleled data-driven risk solutions and advisory services.”

He added: “I look forward to collaborating with Michelle and Marsh colleagues across the US to accelerate Marsh’s growth agenda and help clients build the confidence required to navigate and thrive in today’s challenging risk environment.”
