My Leave Navigator features comprehensive pre-leave planning and guidance, helping employees visualise and understand the details of their leave. The solution offers an intuitive intake process, access to claim activity, and updates to monitor leave and return-to-work status.
Additionally, it connects employees’ disability insurance with other employer-sponsored programs, such as the Family Medical Leave Act and Paid Family Medical Leave, ensuring seamless coordination of benefits and resources.
