The app is designed for existing policyholders only as there is no option for new users to receive a quote. Through the app, Next customers can customize and share certificates of insurance, add unlimited third parties to certificates, and control who can view certificates. Customers can also update their account information, add coverage, and initiate a claim by describing what happened and uploading photos and docs.
According to traffic data, 66% of Next’s website traffic originates from mobile users. For comparison, Hiscox is experiencing a different reality – over 70% of its website visitors are desktop users.
