PwC UK is actively integrating Generative AI (GenAI) into its operations, involving 950 of its top 1,000 US consulting clients, and is exploring the implications of AI with numerous audit clients. This strategic move underscores PwC’s commitment to leveraging AI technology to enhance its service offerings.
The agreement grants PwC’s US and UK workforces access to the most advanced version of ChatGPT, fortified with enterprise-grade security and privacy features. Employees will benefit from the latest AI tools, including OpenAI’s newly announced ChatGPT-4o model, which introduces enhanced voice and image capabilities.
PwC is already harnessing custom GPTs to streamline various processes such as reviewing tax returns, generating proposal responses, providing software lifecycle assistance, and creating dashboards and reports. This initiative aims to empower PwC’s workforce with cutting-edge AI tools to drive efficiency and innovation across its services.
In a statement released by PwC, a spokesperson said: “By being on the forefront of OpenAI’s models and as the first company to announce integration into its practice, we are uniquely positioned to help clients leverage ChatGPT Enterprise for better and faster ways of working. By embracing ChatGPT Enterprise across our workforce, we will bring our first-hand experience of our AI transformation to clients, complementing our audit, tax and consulting services with a broad array of business and industry solutions.”
