The launch of this collaboration, achieved in a remarkable six-week timeframe, underscores both companies’ dedication to swift execution and user-centric innovation. Key to this partnership is the emphasis on data transparency, ensuring that bunq users have access to clear and comprehensive information regarding their insurance coverage.

Qover’s expertise in embedded insurance solutions has facilitated a seamless integration process, enabling bunq users to enjoy enhanced benefits directly through the bunq app. Notable features include a streamlined claims process and easily accessible travel certificates, all aimed at delivering a hassle-free experience for users.

With this partnership, bunq and Qover reaffirm their commitment to delivering value-driven solutions that prioritise user convenience and peace of mind in an ever-evolving financial landscape.

Quentin Colmant, CEO and Co-Founder at Qover, said: “Collaborative spirit is the cornerstone of our successful partnership. Together with bunq, we prioritised delivering an exceptional user experience for Eva, bunq’s model user. This commitment extends beyond the insurance product itself, encompassing outstanding AI-powered customer care and a streamlined claims process.”

A crucial aspect of this partnership is embedded insurance orchestration, available on bunq’s Easy Bank Pro XL plan. Qover’s extensive claims data dashboard, which analyses clauses that typically lead to rejections, empowers bunq users to easily make claims when they need to.

Founder and CEO of bunq, Ali Niknam added: “We’re making travel insurance effortless together. It’s exactly the peace of mind we want our users to have, whether they spend, save or travel with bunq”.
