Additional lines of business will be added continuously through the remainder of the year and early into 2025. RSA has listed many benefits of employing the technology.
These have included: Streamlined First Notification of Loss process, Live Chat Support, Analytics Triage Tools, Smoother Settlements, and Automated Communication.
