Sapiens Releases Updated P&C Software
Sapiens, the insurance software specialist, has launched Version 12.0 of its Sapiens CoreSuite for Property & Casualty (P&C) for the North American Insurance market.

The new update will provide insurers with multiple functional and performance improvements, as well as enhanced security features too.

Version 12.0, part of the AI-based Sapiens Insurance Platform, is designed to improve data consistency for AI readiness and streamline billing, policy administration as well as claims processing.

The product is designed to help insurers adapt swiftly to market shifts and regulatory changes, the software further enhances customer experiences and operational automation.

On top of this, the update also increases the functionality of Sapiens’ formula capabilities, syncing efficiently with Sapiens ClaimsPro for Property & Casualty, Sapiens PolicyPro, and Sapiens BillingPro.

Some of the improvements to ClaimsPro includes the introduction of reporting tables to allow near real-time reporting augmented deductible tracking capabilities, extended notes capabilities for sent or received correspondence, as well as enhanced Hi-Marley™ text support for when a case is reassigned.

Sapiens have confirmed that the update will be available to all North American CoreSuite P&C customers.
