The partnership aims to develop shared solutions for the Insurer and MGA Claims Space. The first collaboration will see Synergy Cloud’s livestream video tool incorporated into Claim Technology’s customer self-serve chatbot. The tool will also be available as a Plus & Play solution through Claim Technology’s popular insurtech marketplace.
Additional initiatives planned later this year include the launch of insurance’s first zero-touch self-service solutions for surge events, such as flooding as well as supply chain procure to pay automation.
Both companies seek to continue developing innovative products to benefit the insurance industry at large.
