Tego, a specialist underwriter to the Australian healthcare industry has announced it will partner with Five Sigma’s AI-native claims management platform to simplify and optimise its claims management processes.

Tego specialises providing healthcare indemnity underwriting for medical practitioners, within the AU$30 billion Australian medical malpractice sector. Tego has seen continuous growth in the post-pandemic period and required a robust and scalable solutions to enhance its legacy customer service systems.

Five Sigma is a leading provider of AI-powered claims management solutions offering advanced automation and shameless integration systems. Its platform was selected by Tego following a comprehensive market review and was chosen for its industry-leading features, including streamlined claims processing, comprehensive integration, enhanced reporting, user-friendly interface and real-time capabilities.

Tego will benefit from many of Five Sigma’s solutions. These include the automation of routine tasks, reductions of human error and an acceleration of claim resolution times. Five Sigma’s advanced API framework will allow for frictionless integration with Tego’s existing administrative/payment systems. Furthermore, real-time dashboards will allow for enhanced customer transparency. Tego’s claim adjusters will require minimal training. The implementation of Five Sigma at Tego is expected to take just eight weeks.
