Whatfix Secures $125 Million in Series E Funding
Digital adoption solutions provider Whatfix has raised $125 million in its Series E funding round, pushing its total funding to $264.8 million.

The latest investment will accelerate the growth of its Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) and enhance its global presence, with a focus on expanding in the U.S., EMEA, and APAC regions.

Whatfix‘s DAP enables enterprises to streamline user onboarding, improve training, and boost software adoption through in-app guidance and real-time analytics. As part of its expansion strategy, the company plans to increase investments in AI-driven solutions aimed at optimising workflows and enhancing productivity for its users.

In the insurance industry, Whatfix has partnered with Duck Creek Technologies to integrate its DAP into claims management systems. The platform offers dynamically-guided workflows, rule-based automation, personalised user interfaces, and data enrichment, helping insurers automate processes and allowing claims managers to prioritise customer service.

The funding round marks a significant step in Whatfix’s journey to further revolutionise digital adoption across industries.
