Scheduled to take on his new role by the end of this month, Harrison will be reporting directly to Adam Garrard, the global head of risk & broking at WTW.
His responsibilities will encompass overseeing all facets of the company’s claims proposition, with a specific focus on delivering enhanced claims services and aligning claims teams across various specialist industry practices.
In a statement released to Insurance Business, Garrard said the significance of claims within WTW’s service portfolio, highlighting their pivotal role in the company’s Smarter Ways to Risk proposition. He added that claims management is intricately linked with delivering specialisation, exceptional client service, as well as leveraging data and analytics – all of which align directly with WTW’s core market strengths and growth objectives.
