Zinnia Ventures Forward with Acquisition of Ebix’s Life and Annuity Software Assets
Zinnia has announced its acquisition of the life and annuity assets of Ebix, a renowned supplier of software solutions.

The acquisition follows a previous agreement made last December, termed as a “stalking horse” agreement within Ebix’s bankruptcy proceedings. The inclusion of Ebix’s life and annuity (L&A) assets in Zinnia’s portfolio is expected to solidify its position as a premier partner in the life and annuity industry.

Zinnia aims to enhance its offerings by integrating insurance-focused CRM & agency management, research, quoting, illustration, and order entry tools, along with a comprehensive underwriting platform. These additions are anticipated to streamline experiences for advisors and their clientele.
